Honestly in the beginning he gave that “mature southern man” appeal at first impression, it wasn’t until we noticed he was playing Olandria that anyone noticed he wasn’t (barely got any screen time to notice) and people wanted more emotionally mature men plus the producers were trying to force another Serena and Kordell

Season 7 was a heinous fever dream but the cast was so obviously older like season 7 cast was very creative and took a lot of initiative and did interesting and fun shit in the villa. Season 8 definitely at times felt like all they did was sit around and talk about nothing.

Season 7 was personality based and 8 was looks based. Thats why season 7 they could explore so much more and in 8 they acted like they had to be married couples. Im wondering if any of the islanders from 8 actually watched the show before coming on 💀

Not true at all, they def were looking for people that would be drama without seeming as clout chasing as s7 but the issue is that it resulted in a “boring” season, I’ll take boring over the shit show that was s7 but they def could’ve casted better men for s8
