I think obviously he shouldn’t have hit her, but I also think that the entire world coming after him for doing one girl dirty is a little much, especially when love island producers exist to push a certain narrative and cast people as villains and hero’s.

It’s a manufactured reality tv show, of course it’s pushing a narrative. Why do you think Aniya and Carl are getting the edit they are, production realized that as it stands now, Brinity will win with zero competition , they need to uplift other couples. I guarantee you that Caleb and Jaiden will get a good edit too.

Carl, Caleb and Jaiden are getting a “good” edit bc they haven’t involved themselves in drama. Well he’s been more respectful in 4 days than some of the men were in their first 4 days. Maybe he is an ass, but I’m judging based on what I’ve seen and I haven’t seen Carl be disrespectful yet so until then, he’s a good person in my eyes. Innocent until guilty or I’ll be nice to u until u give me a reason not to be is how I look at it
