hot take: the problem isnt people having children its the fact that they have kids and then hide it. becoming a stepparent is a big commitment so the other islands should be aware of who has children before deciding to couple up

Right like as a woman with no children if I meet a guy who has kids no matter how charming he is or how much I like him I am immediately not interested because I do not want to be a stepmom. They should at least make sure the OG islanders are childless, and then bring single parents in as bombshells (cause I’m pretty sure it’s considered discrimination to not allow single parents on at all)

even if they dont hide it…its just unfair when majority of the others dont have kids. its a superficial show already, adding in barrier like that just decreases the chance that strong connections will be made
