No they can't, they would refilm it. The producers do their job- produce a show. This is a show. Go watch what any of the ex-islanders say about how much is actually manufactured

The producers don’t carbon copy each season. Producers themselves are changed up a little bit each season so there’s really no telling that what they did last season is what they did this season
