Just because they reconciled doesn’t mean Bea suddenly changed her opinion of Melanie or agree with the behavior she continues to display. If anything Bea is the type of person who will answer honestly when asked about someone rather than pretend everything is fine for the sake of appearances.
That’s what’s confusing me. I asked what Bea did, and somehow we’re still talking about Melanie. The entire argument against Bea seems to be, “she doesn’t like Melanie.” Okay… and?!?Then when I bring up why Bea might feel that way, people get defensive. At some point it starts to feel less like Bea is the problem and more like people don’t want to hear anything negative about Melanie.
Melanie keeps getting brought up because that's why people don't like Bea. The way Bea targets Melanie with any change of topic is odd. Melanie isn't even my favorite thus far but I can still say Bea was doing too much with that. It's fine if Bea dislikes her, but to be constantly bring Melanie up just to talk shit is weird
We’re only being shown what production wants to show us. These are edited clips, and lots of time we don’t even get the full context. But even with the context we do have, I personally don’t think most of what Bea said has said is that crazy. Even after leaving the villa, when she was asked a direct question her answer wasn’t anything new. She still brought Mel sure, but it was the exact same opinion she had in the villa and her confessionals. She’s been consistent the entire time.
And people are taking a handful of clips and turning them into this narrative that Bea is obsessed with Mel, when the most we have seen is her answering questions or just giving her opinion. Meanwhile, when Bea had an issue with Kenzie, she spoke to her directly and they had a mature convo. She approached Mel the EXACT same way and Mel was the one who blew up. But somehow that’s never the part people want to discuss.
The way she approached Melanie was meant to humiliate. Why bring it up to her in front of everyone? It comes across as attacking. Melanie overreacted for sure, but I imagine she just felt humiliated and embarrassed. Bea brought up her issue to Kenzie in private. You can't tell me you really think Bea hasn't been throwing even the slightest amount of shade. I think Bea calls people out but she goes about it in a "I know better than anyone else" type of way rather than-
