I feel like Ace was threatened by Jeremiah. Ace knew Taylor was a goofy weirdo, Nic was average (the only reason he’s considered attractive now is cause he’s with Olandria on his own he’s avg), and Austin is Austin. I also think Ace was interested in Huda and that’s why he got mad about them being locked down so early.
