not to "um acktchewily" but its operant conditioning in this case, classical is when a neutral stimulus is paired with a naturally occurring reflex, (ie, bell ring, dog salivate) while operant is where a positive or negative stimulus is used to strengthen or weaken a conscious behavior (ie, spraying cat when it jumps on the counter so it stops doing that)
