Respectfully I will never take binding tips/advice from someone smaller than a D cup

my heart goes out to you brother. i don't even know what cup size i was when i finally got a medically necessary reduction, like an F or G. :/

genuinely i’m like a 40DD and nothing has ever worked entirely for me. i’m nonbinary but i lean heavy masc and thought i was trans for a while before figuring myself out. my favorite is the tape but it take so. much tape and i still haven’t mastered taking it off so i don’t do it often. it works alright if you’re wearing loose clothing tho. i want to get a good binder but like u said it can be hard to trust reviews on what works well

for real. I’m a G cup and really can’t get fully flat. It can be pretty close or even be unnoticeable if I’m wearing a lanyard or some shirts, but i’ll always have a bump… so jealous of people who can get flat with just a sports bra!

real i don’t do cup size bras very often(i have always done sports bras or other less structured ones) and after looking at a chart im probably more of an F. if you find a way to bind fr i would love to know, but i think it’s tough with big boobs no matter what you do. i’m plus size generally and having a stomach that evens out the binding bump helps lol. i’m tall and bald so people “sir” me until i open my mouth still lmao
