I work in the media so homophobic straight cis people are very much the minority lol

I work in healthcare and a vast majority of us are some minority but if I felt like it was damaging my mental health I’d leave a job

I’m a personal trainer and my boss doesn’t know I’m gay… he constantly says homophobic things. I will be leaving soon even though I love the job I can never fully be me there

it was never the homophobia but my last job in a restaurant everyone was super ableist I ended up getting fired for my disability (in an "at-will" state, no documentation of that being why I was fired so it's all "legal")
