Yeah don’t really like how gayness is just being associated with misogyny. Like why are there straight girls saying that the actual reason their emotionally abusive ex bf was evil was because he’s “actually just gay”? No he’s actually just a bad person. I feel like they just don’t phrase the “gay” is the right term because they’re referring to men taking it out on women since they’re closeted—being gay itself doesn’t do that I can see the argument of dl men being misogynistic but like as you said…they are just shitty people to gay ppl, women, and every living being

Definitely and I feel like we just shouldn’t be associated with horrible men like that. But I also think we, as a community, should hold people who are DL accountable for any bullshit they try to pull including what they try to pull with the women they dated. However, it is absolutely unfair to associate us in conversation with the damages they’ve caused
