It could be that you’re trans and it also could be that you’re just more comfortable expressing yourself like that! I’m planning my top surgery (I’m trans) and I have women in my family who have gotten top surgery/reductions and are cis.

Like the other commenter said, it could be because you're trans but it could also mean that you just like a flat chest or are a more masculine woman. A lot of cis and enby butches desire flat chests and even pursue top surgery themselves
