It genuinely is tho. Like the dairy industry is having a much harder time making a profit amidst the rise of alternative milks. Its an interesting conversation too considering sustainability and economy

I’m lactose intolerant and have tried many different non dairy milks and they were all disgusting. I just stick to lactose free milk

How does one remove the lactose from milk? Genuine question. I didn’t know that was possible!

I’m guessing they use the enzyme lactase to break the lactose into glucose and galactose, which are the mono saccharides that create lactose when bonded together
