I mean just from the headline this sounds like the same baseless legal argument as the other person. idk if its different for a justice of the peace than it is for a county clerk but its still somebody who thinks they can just refuse to do their job as a government employee. like bro you don’t get freedom of speech/religion when acting as an agent of the government the law is the law
