Bro delete this post it’s so mean to the OP of the poll and the poll itself was completely optional. So rude

I’m sorry if it was offensive, I just wanted to see in general about a stat that I heard that more AFAB are nonbinary than AMAB individuals. I’m not asking if you currently possess one genitalia or another, I was simply curious about the community demographic

Like yeah it would be weird and invasive to ask someone irl but on an anonymous app where there’s no pressure or anything idk

Thank you, I wasn’t trying to be rude or offensive. I simply had the question to learn more about the enby community and was wondering.

Genuinely thank you for explaining! I think I can speak for a lot when I say please explain your reasoning if you ask again! Given the current political climate, it raises a lot of red flags when people start asking gender assigned at birth questions, imo. If you’re doing research, clarify that in the future - I think a lot more people will be a little less guarded. Sorry I was so bitchy in my post 😭💗

I think there’s an equal distribution of amab enbies and afab enbies BUT that toxic masculinity and societal expectations make it a lot harder for amabs to come out or even to realize that they’re nb. Same thing where bisexuality is more common in afabs than in amabs - not actually more likely, but more socially accepted and therefore more expressed and recognized

There’s also something to be said about the position of power being lost when an amab comes out as nb. The difference in privilege between a cis man and a trans person is much greater than between a cis woman and a trans person. As an afab nb, I didn’t lose much social standing by coming out because I was already seen as lesser
