we really need a consensus of standard conduct and not tolerate extremes on both ends. Ex. Conservatives discriminating against queer and Liberals discriminating against White/Asian with DEI. Speak up regardless of what side you’re on!

It’s funny that you say that you’re tired of people assuming you’re unqualified because of your race because that has been the experience of people of color for years. DEI is not even strictly about race it includes things like not hiring people because they have an arbitrary disability and society having the ability to support those individuals. It just broadens the range of applicants. Everyone still needs the same qualifications.
