This will not be applicable for everyone bc I have lived in places where this isn’t an option but if it is an option look for Instagram social groups that host queer events. The city I live in currently has an Instagram account that posts different events throughout the week. I live in a an average sized Midwest city so I know these groups aren’t exclusive to LA, NYC, and Chicago
