See, I’m a cis gay man and I know gender is performative bc I can see it in how I’ve gotten complimented on how I smell (I like cologne). You can pretty much mix the sweetest, fruitiest, floral eu de parfum with any spicy/woody note and it’s “handsome”
And I’ve been asked by men what cologne I’m wearing bc they want to get some of their own. Like baby it’s rose and basil mixed with a masculine vetiver cologne

I just love when folks have a nice smell, whether it’s “masculine” or “feminine” coded. I think more guys should have florals mixed in, though! 🤤

Blending scents. Like you can make many floral perfumes masculine. Hell I’ve found feminine perfume that “feminized” that spicy woody smell. Like it depends on which fragrance is stronger
