I’m not saying if it is or isn’t. I’m not on the jury, I’m not a part of the case. But what I am saying is the argument that “she is mentally unstable” is bullshit and a common tool used by abusers to gaslight their victims. A man in charge of an evil company that created a society crumbling tool and is actively partaking in destruction of human rights isn’t a very trustworthy person. Innocent until proven guilty though

It’s also an objective fact child abuse victims grow up to be mentally unstable. There has not been anything proven one way or the other. Just him swearing he didn’t. That isn’t proof. I have looked into it. It isn’t obvious. Bc the only “evidence” against her is literally her family calling her crazy. That isn’t enough conviction to dismiss her claims to me. It isn’t enough to throw him in jail either (which doesn’t matter bc it’s a civil case anyway). Sorry I don’t believe a literal evil human being calling someone accusing him of evil crazy is enough to ignore the conversation all together

This is a civil case not a legal one. There is no prosecution. Try again. Is there any source 1. Actually proving her mental instability other than her family and 2. That mentally unwell people can’t be victims of sexual assault?

i work in PR and advertising and work with search engine optimizations so i unfortunately HAVE to work with AI and learn AEO. these are basically when you look stuff up on Google and whoever you see first but now that AI is a thing it’s hurting businesses and companies because the AEO just gives a answer right away rather than someone find it.

og_beer is right - people that are mentally unwell absolutely can be victims of sexual assault. They are more likely to be victims of sexual assault. They are also more likely to become mentally unwell afterwards. The way you are trying to discredit her is legitimately disgusting. Even beyond the context of this case, do better. People lie all the time. Almost everyone. Idk why people think lying about sexual assault is so so common. Nobody wants to be seen as a victim of sexual assault. INCESTUOUS sexual assault? Hell no. How is that fun for her? My rapist just got married and I feel sick that his wife deserves to know what he did but fuck the idea of reaching out to her to talk about my worst trauma again fucking sucks - she’s brave as fuck for coming forward and I don’t see why she’d lie
