btw I only take issue with this because it treats a guy being penetrated or eating his own cum gay when straight women do the same thing. sexual openness is great but if you’re saying you’re “proving he’s gay by strapping him” then you aren’t an ally 😭

obligatory disclaimer: no I don’t think that only straight women do this or that they’re the main perpetrators, this is simply a specific example of cishets perpetuating toxic masculinity & artificially separating men & women during sex (e.g. a straight man can’t be penetrated or he’s gay).

it's demasculinizing and homophobic rhetoric and an odd line to set where even being straight is gay

why does something have to be in my bedroom for me to find it goofy? maybe I should check if my bedroom turned into a circus lol

Because you’re the one with an issue of what people do in their bedrooms. Not me

btw it neither harms me nor makes me uncomfortable. I’m pointing out the dissonance between their perception of queerness and the reality of queerness, in part for humor. does that harm you or make you uncomfortable?

I just think it’s crazy when our community goes on and polices what others do I feel it to be hypocritical

do you genuinely think it’s policing to say it’s not gay for a straight woman to strap a straight man? I’m crying you’re so goofy 😭

When they make a public statement claiming having sex w their boyfriends somehow relates to pride it is no longer a matter of what they do in their bedroom. Nobody said don’t peg your boyfriend, they said it doesn’t allow you to claim that you’re queer or participating in pride.

several hours ago OP had already gone out of their way to specify what exactly they meant and why it bothered them. really bizarre to waste their time expecting them to repeat all of this
