It’s so odd how being mostly attracted to white people/skinny people is normal but being mostly attracted to black or fat people is seen as a fetish.

and I’m not saying that people don’t fetishize those groups, cause the for sure do. But im just trying to make a point about how having a type that isn’t the white beauty standard is viewed

While you have a point… if a cis guy exclusively dated trans people he’d be calls a chaser. And that label wouldn’t exactly be misapplied.

What’s wrong with having a preference for trans people is that the “preference” tends to be an expectation. Trans people are incredibly varied in bodies, and when cis people seek a trans person to fulfill their desire, they assume they’re a monolith, sometimes they even pressure their trans partner into doing things they don’t want in order to please them, like not transitioning in the way they want to.
