I think this came out wrong, what I mean is before the world of Christian nationalism being bi was a lot more common and normalized. It’s interesting to look at how many historical figures and even religious character were bi compared to now

IMO bisexual is the most common default, society makes people lean forwards straight. But I’m sure there’s many who just naturally are dul straight or gay. BUT I think a lot more straight people would be bi if it was normalized

From Greek to Roman to Norse to pagan to eastern mythologies you have a lot more characters being bi because there was less of a focus on gender. Wasn’t trying to invalidate or enforce sexuality, more so meant there’s an interesting tend of gender becoming more prominent and the idea of sexuality and love being more dependent on gender now, when previously it was less focused.

It’s okay, I would just also recommend unpacking why you used the words default sexuality. I know for me I personally do not feel comfortable around someone who talks like that bc it is a reminder that a lot of people view me as broken bc of my sexuality

I use words cuz that fit the simplest message I’m tryna communicate, sometimes they give off the wrong message yk, that’s when u go oh shit I didn’t mean that let me fix it. Boom. Not trying to subliminal message and I’m not some word genius crafting things. The ideal that people are broken for sexuality is dumb tho and I’ve been there, but fuck those people
