honestly the forced heteronormativity in kids’ shows is why I don’t go back and rewatch old cartoons in spite of me being a nerd for animation. it’s creepy as hell

phobes act like gay people in TV is weird bc “it doesn’t represent actual statistics” then say nothing abt statistics for any trait they don’t dislike (e.g. pedophiles)
