I was kinda saying something similar!! That bisexual people can only date one sex and still be bisexual cuz they’re sexually attracted to both, even if they prefer or are only into one romantically. I’m bisexual heteroromantic & I sexually like guys & girls but I only get lovey dovey “I wanna kiss them in the pouring rain” feelings for guys. They were saying that’s not bi but like I genuinely enjoy hooking up with both so it literally is!

My point was more than I think it’s not transphobic for example for a cis woman to not want to date a trans woman if she’s not comfortable having sex with someone who has a penis. Apparently that’s “reducing someone to their genitals.” Like I see what they’re getting at, but I also think it’s reasonable to not feel comfortable with that

For my bisexuality it’s weird with trans people with sex so I’d only have a romantic relationship with them, and I got called transphobic and that I’m not bisexual because I wouldn’t have sex with trans people. Bro I’ve had and enjoyed sex and romance with men and women, I just have a long ass explanation on why trans people are preferred for romantic relationships and not sexual.

Yeah for me it’s kinda the same reason I’m not into masc girls sexually but I like them romantically. I think my brain sees them kinda as like a guy with clothes on so then when it’s clothes off & there’s boobs I’m thrown off & just not into it. Like I wanna make out with them but that’s it nothing farther. Sexuality is weird so ignore them if they wanna make you feel bad about what you’re into or not into!

Exactly, you get it!! Like when I’m going down on a girl, I expect female genitalia. If there’s a penis, I get thrown off. Same with trans men. And bottom surgery/dildos don’t work because I’m attracted to cum/pulsing, and bottom surgery and dildos don’t do that. Then I get told I’m transphobic because I won’t have sex with trans people. No, it’s because I am sexually attracted to some things, and they physically aren’t able to provide what I am sexually attracted to.
