My therapist told me I have imposter syndrome and things make sense- I don’t need to medically transition, I can be trans without starting T
As long as I’m happy, that’s what matters and the same goes to everyone else- be you, not what others want u to be
I mean… if you want T then you should get it. Not saying this is what’s happening but some professionals will try to gaslight you into not medically transitioning

If they’re young, it’s especially good to let them know they have options. They might not want to transition medically or have complications and they needed someone to tell them that.
