Spectrum is great especially if you have bigger boobs, I’ve found if you get the right size they don’t stretch quickly and keep everything pretty tucked in

fytist has immaculate binders, they went out of business but if you can find one for sale somewhere i’d highly recommend. super comfortable and flexible material also binds great

No!! Stick to their sizing guide. It’s easy to assume that binders will work better when tighter/smaller, but that is not the case. You will get spillage on the sides, extra cleavage, and too much tightness around your ribs if you size down.
