After the show is over you’ll only want more so you read the book which often has more story in them! And you’ll be able to visualize everyone clearly. Read the book first and you’ll only be disappointed in the show for missing those moments and conflict with the characters you made in your head while reading

show first, because the dialogue is identical in some parts so you can literally hear their voices as you read. and then when the show leaves you wanting for more, you have like six books to read
