Started T recently, decided to start trying to do push ups every day to help build my arms. Got myself all pumped up and ready, gave it a shot, and I can’t even do one. Let me sit my stupid ass down bro
look up push up modifications (usually you start with wall/incline push ups, knee push ups, or negatives) there are loads of tutorials on how to get there

try planks. a little less intense but easy to ramp up over time

although if you want to build ur arms you might look elsewhere because the basic push up mostly works chest! there are tricep push ups though, building triceps helps with building arm size a LOT and you can start with tricep dips which are a little easier
