ICE internal policy does not override the law. Legally, they still need a judicial warrant to enter your home.

The law cannot override the constitution. If they barge in without a warrant, it is perfectly legal to blast them in the face with your 2nd Amendment rights. Just be smart about it, because they likely outnumber you. But you’ll have the easiest day in court if they try to sue you.
