i love my for them binder!! i do have a small chest, just to be candid. it works perfect for me. not claustrophobic at all

If you get claustrophobic maybe try trans tape instead? I use TransGenX tape, only started recently but I love it. I hear with tape it really depends on your chest size though, so your mileage may vary.
