For the second one I think it should be women/femmes and anyone who identifies as a femme should be allowed in, dick or not. That would make it less discriminatory. As for predators, there will always be predators? Just kick them out if they do anything weird

This is the argument people always bring up but the thing is usually straight cis men will not willingly go into a room with a sign that says “women” unless they are predatory, and if there are other women in there it becomes even less likely

Butches, studs and masc women should still be allowed in these spaces though, masculine and gnc women are being targeted for these bathroom bills, some even being put in the hospital by men trying to take the law into their own hands

Its fine no worries, many have complex relationships with gender (think Leslie Feinberg) I just thought I’d add my two cents since ive seen this happening recently in almost every state that passes these weird transphobic bills this year
