I feel like a lot of people that act like it’s a one sided thing are also some of the main ones perpetuating it

Exactly this. I have felt lesbiphobia from bisexuals often. But I also have seen biphobia from my fellow lesbian often. Theres a nuance there that the people who take black and white sides refuse to see in this situation.
