i'm 4'10 and i'm deadass ngl to you, the only thing that helped was constantly looking up and researching short cis men and then reminding myself everytime i got a dysphoric thought abt my height about these short cis men. it really might not help, but i figured i'd share just in case 😭💔

before transitioning the other way i was a 5’5 guy. have a close cis guy friend who’s 5’2. just being confident and being able to joke about it helps a ton
