anybody have good binder recs for medium sized chests ? don’t necessarily need total compression, i just want something comfy

highly recommend spectrum binders! i alternated between them and underworks (which is great for tight compression) but spectrum is more flattening than compressing so it doesn’t restrict your breathing but still makes you look flat

Won’t be the flattest, but lgbt unicorns has great ones for comfort, soft fabric, and options for mesh backs and zippers to adjust compression (unzipping feels soooo good while still not letting them hang out completely). Good to pair with a loose sweatshirt. Based on my experience with 28 DDDs

OOH wait flames… i do have an underworks one that i only wear once in a blue moon (i think i got a size too small lol) but i’ll check spectrum out too!! tysm!!!
