People are very comfortable taking out their justifiable frustrations with the patriarchy out on trans men. We didn’t make the patriarchy. Those “privileges” that trans men allegedly have are dependent on passing and not saying they’re trans.

Yes however us transmascs do need to make sure we arent replicating patriarchy, sometimes theres a fine line between gender affirmation and toxic masculinity

Same people that don’t believe transphobia/homophobia is rooted in misogyny and that it affects everyone, not just women

a lot of cis women take out their frustrations with the patriarchy on trans men (who they literally have privilege over as if they aren’t one of the least patriarchy-pushing groups as a whole)

men shun other men who associate with femininity because of misogyny, and liking men is considered feminine. I feel like that should be obvious to them 😭 idk how they don’t get it
