Wanting to be masc but not a man, enjoying androgyny but not using they/them, and being afab without physically transitioning is,,, kind of a nightmare ngl lmao & every conversation about trans people here makes me feel like a faker/not trans enough. Yay

I highly recommend joining the trans specific group on here. It’s a lot more accepting and open

Just know that your identity does not need to make sense or be digestible to others for it to be valid. If you’re Queer, you’re enough in however you present and navigate, even if that changes based on where you are and who you’re around.

Cishets will use she/her and most of my queer friends will default to they/them for me. Idk when to give up and just accept it atp because correcting people that mean well (i never correct people i know will never accept it) almost always turns into me having to comfort them about understanding it was a mistake and it’s okay and all that

I promise it’ll all turn out alright bestie 🙏 I’ve found something like “just for future reference, I go by he/him” is nonconfrontational and neutral enough that it usually doesn’t turn into ppl freaking out. Sad we have to think abt wording/tone so much but it is what it is
