There was a man in the waiting room at my last gynecologist appointment and I honestly didn’t even notice him until they called him because we have the same last name. If you’re in the SE I can recommend the NICEST person I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to like 5 different clinics).

unfortunately you SHOULD be seeing a gyno at least once a year if you were afab unless a doctor has explicitly told you otherwise (usually only after bottom surgery)

I’ve been putting it off for so long and I’m genuinely terrified. The thought of it sends me spiraling. The only thing I can think would possibly work is having my partner come with me and taking the entire day off work, and I’m not sure that can happen.
