PSA: just like ASAB (assigned sex at birth) is not indicative of gender, it’s also not indicative of genitalia. trans and intersex people exist. so pls be mindful to say what you mean, ex. ppl with vaginas need to see a gynecologist vs AFAB ppl need to.

I'm pretty sure one of my friends who doesn't have a vagina but is on estrogen goes to a gynecologist too
