Queer is a pretty vauge word that can be used for any identity thats aspec or attraction or gender or whatever. Gay sometimes refers to gay men, homosexuals in general, or is sometimes used just as vaguely as queer. Hope that confuses you more 😌

There’s some overlap It’s like “a rectangle is a square, but square isn’t a rectangle” “Queer” is more of a blanket term used generally among in the LGBTQIA+ community “Gay” is more specific to individuals who are attracted to the same gender. Then again “gay” is also kind of used indiscriminately. At the end of the day, it’s all love ❤️ LOL
