when its robbery victims and mugging victims it’s “it’s not your fault you didn’t do anything wrong.” how come suddenly the idea of the victim suddenly “wanting it” comes into play in sexual assault?

you never see ppl shaming robbery victims for opening the cash register, or mugging victims for handing them their wallet, so why do they shame sexual assault victims? why is compliance so important in one case but not the other?
