Have you tried taping? It’s not as effective as a binder at least for me but it is more effective than a sports bra. It also works by tension not compression so it shouldn’t affect your asthma

It’s sports bras for me all summer long. I don’t look anywhere near flat, but the feeling of overheating like that sends me to tears. I feel you
