Yeah Its definitely not a lesbian bible but its not just some fiction novel either, its based on Leslie and hir friends real lives and does continue to resonate with people, with that being said, people need to expand their lesbian literature diets this cannot be the only book to be read and recommend,

Im definitely not discounting it as a relevant piece of a particular lesbian history but lots of people act like its the only book ever to exist about lesbian history and all lesbians experience the same thing.

Fun home(graphic novel), butch is a noun, s/he, hijabi butch blues, dykes to watch out for (comic), the persistent desire, dagger: on butch women, rubyfruit jungle, Orlando, biography of X, ik its a small list but i hope thats a good start 🙏
