Shame should never come from your body’s appearance. And since you believe people should feel shame for that, you’re not body positive. Just say that it’s ok

Ugliness is subjective. Obesity is not. Someone personally thinking they’re ugly almost never has anything to do with anyone else. If you’re fat, you’re fat, and society will make sure you know that, unlike if you’re “ugly”.
