It’s not a matter of medical advice it’s a matter of perceptions being complicated. I don’t wanna have to “prove” my transness to a medical professional in a conservative southern area.

I’ll see doctors when I’m sick. I don’t have the money to go to doctors that won’t help me. I’m not stupid I’m poor.

I can either go to a doctor and get possibly denied after some bs three week process, or I can buy diy and figure it out for half the price. There’s information and resources for me to do it myself and I’m not gonna be an idiot. I’d rather do it myself.
