question for the spiro baddies if you don't do well with progestins did spiro cause any problems? I'm gonna talk to my dr and pharmacist about it before I start but in the meantime I can't find anything online

i tried it and i slept 13 hours and couldn't get out of bed to do anything besides use the bathroom. my arms hurt so bad i had to rest my elbows on the sink to wash my hands. i was only able to get enough energy to get food and water twice. i called my dr and left a message to ask for something different but idek what i said atp because im so tired

i’ve only taken spiro but is there a specific side effect you’re worried about?

I had to be hospitalized a bunch when I was on progestins because they made me so sick and my blood sugar kept crashing and my blood pressure got so low I passed out a couple times. I'm intersex and nonbinary and this is like the sixth thing they've put me on.

I don’t have strong reactions to medications but my blood pressure hasn’t been affected by spiro. i do get more dehydrated so if you have strong effects you might have trouble keeping hydrated and that can also have similar effects but it might also be more manageable than your blood pressure or blood sugar levels
