workout recs for shrinking breasts and “masculinizing”/straightening out the shape of the legs so theyre less curvy? not looking for full masculinization, im agender so im just hoping to masculinize a few features for personal goal balance :)

unfortunately u can’t spot-treat fat deposits so if ur able to lose a lil bit of weight overall that will help w breast size — doing workouts for the chest (flys, presses, pushups, etc) will help masculine the shape of the chest, esp if u focus on upper pecs

as for thighs, that’s something i’m working on too! it takes a bit since to grow size for some people, but focusing on the quads (esp outer quads) with squats, quad extensions, or reverse nordic curls will help

remember not to target specific body parts too much tho!! muscle imbalances can cause musculoskeletal issues so make sure that you’re keeping your body well-balanced and honestly just have fun w it and experiment w what feels good to u and brings u the results u want :)
