Trans woman and her nonbinary partner— The charges against the woman were for disruption and fighting, with possible penalty up to a year in prison, while her partner was hospitalised and received stitches. They’re refusing to accept a plea deal to sweep it under the rug, from my understanding, and still undergoing medical evaluation to make sure they’re safe and their medical needs don’t worsen.
