It’s why people are constantly calling out racism, misogyny, ableism, etc. in the community because a few of you seem to genuinely forgot you’re not the most oppressed person in the room and you do have privilege over other people regardless of your placement in the community and so often a lot of people refuse to actually fix those bigoted ideas and whether you like it or not do in fact hide behind our community as if it negates all accountability for their actions. out or trying to brush it under rug only makes the situation worse and further ostracizes others in the community affected by those bigoted actions/beliefs. I’m not entirely sure what’s going on in this tab but it’s almost everyday where people try to brush these topics under the rug or make the people experiencing these issues/call them out to be the problem instead
