Also like even as a cis woman… I dislike being referred to as “they” I don’t care if you they/them everyone the point of using people’s pronouns is to Use People’s Pronouns. If you’re not sure? They/them. If you’re sure? Fucking. Use the correct ones? This is not hard?

Also people DONT they/them everyone. They just they/them people who they think are trans. I wish I was getting they/themed by default from anyone, but even people who claim that just don’t do it.

I tend to they/them people I’m not sure about, but you have to be at least a little able to pick up on it

Also if you aren’t sure, a question mark goes on the end of the “they”. You should be asking for clarification so you know what to use from there on

I do 100% know people who they/them everyone because I am the actual last person anyone is going to call anything but she/her unless they’ve consciously removed it from their vocab. Those people exist. They actually shouldn’t tho. At first, sure! After that, no. They/them if you don’t know, then continue with the they/them ONLY if those are their pronouns.

Oh then I guess I haven’t met people who do it then! My bad. But yeah, either way, it’s still misgendering after you know better.

Absolutely. Regardless of intention it’s a dick move to intentionally not use people’s pronouns or to have a policy of only using one set.
