oh my god I hate vaginal inserts. I had a different kind for a different problem and I was told to put it in right before I go to bed and that it would all have been absorbed by morning. which was a fucking lie I went around all day basically having discharge times a million

it’s mostly post menopausal women who probably already feel kind of down about needing vaginal lubricant medicine tbh, I think it’s probably marketing to them to help them feel more feminine idk. Like I get it off label

(The atrophy and dryness is from T) (if that wasn’t clear)

most recipients of gender affirming care/hrt are cis. most people on t? cis men. most people on e? menopausal cis women. most people on puberty blockers? cis kids. there just aren’t that many trans people.

I like them a lot! It beats the gel, it’s so easy and convenient. I was having tears every time I had sex that wouldn’t stop bleeding for hours so this has been a lifesaver. It can definitely have you like that all day, tbh I usually do it in the morning. sometimes I take it in the morning of a day I know I’m going to Need It which helps

I'm really glad it works for you!! mine was a unique compound made for my arousal disorder, because there's almost no research/medication made specifically for vaginal systems, and it just didn't work well unfortunately
