It’s not transphobic but does show you lack empathy, or complex reasoning. It’s giving “if I didn’t have breakfast this morning I couldn’t imagine being hungry, like I physically wouldn’t be able to eat”

I think that’s kind of a jump. I don’t think that’s what OP is trying to do. I think it’s perfectly normal for genderqueer people to have the desire to transition to “pass” in society, and I think it’s 100% valid to resent feeling like you won’t pass even if you try. Like yeah you don’t have to pass to be valid as a queer person, but people can have mismatches between their transition goals and what’s realistic. That’s called gender dysphoria.
